By accessing, downloading, or using playerz.club (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Media Revolution SRL, the operator of playerz.club.

playerz.club is a free sports team management application designed for players, coaches, and team organizers. The Service provides tools for creating and managing teams, scheduling practices, tracking attendance, sending notifications, and facilitating communication among team members. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

playerz.club allows users to create and manage sports teams. Team leaders (creators and administrators) are responsible for the management and conduct of their teams. This includes:

playerz.club is not responsible for disputes between team members or for the actions of team leaders.

6. Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through playerz.club, including team information, practice schedules, messages, and other data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Media Revolution SRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

The playerz.club name, logo, brand identity, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Media Revolution SRL. All rights are reserved. The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Media Revolution SRL does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDIA REVOLUTION SRL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
